socal just had a nice long earthquake

  • We are currently upgrading MFK. thanks! -neo
I was on the couch watching TV and when the ground started shaking, instead of looking for somewhere to take cover the first thing I did was look after my Pacu's tank. It wasn't that strong where I live though, the ground just sorta burped. My Pacu didn't even seem to notice.

I felt it, didnt affect me much. Biggest I have been in was a 6.6 back in 1994. Theres beena few small ones here and there, but this one I felt wasnt even that bad.

All the way from Chicago? WOW

I think a major even is brewing in the ring of fire. Something, to the likes of which, we have never seen.

yah like yellow stone!

wildest one i ever was in was when Mt.St. helens blew her top, that i will never forget was only 100 miles from it

when i lived in south cal.. many years ago.. i was stunned by the way you cali people take earthquakes in such stride, when i was there, the rumbles happen often... after a year that was enough for me.. but honestly they happen everywhere... on long island we had one.. and upstate ny a couple of years ago... so anywhere... i quess.. glad everything turned out okay..

wow that is something you would never forget.. i saw pictures ..they were incredible.. the trees look like matchsticks.. laying there..:WHOA:

Cali is earthquake central. Everytime an earthquake happens it gets my heart racing. This is one reason I'd like to leave, just cause of all the earthquakes or threats of them.
