Couple of notes:

Re: Raffle

We will have one raffle that will be open for everyone (Members & Guest). Tickets will be given at the day of the meet.

All the others will be for MEMBERS only. I believe this is fair since members are the ones who participate in the community. Also, the number you are assigned to on the list will be your raffle number. The winner has to be present at the time of the raffle. If the member is not present, we will draw the numbers again. Members donating to the Raffle cannot participate on their own Raffle but can participate on the others.


Re: FOOD

Also, for the people who paid for the food. Tickets will be given at the day of the meet. We will have a list of the names so upon arrival this will be given out.

Yes, we will have name TAGS so people will know who's who.

WITH our screen names?.. doesn't do much good to put our given names on tags if we can't put the screen name we see every day with a person's given name either.. we kinda learned that one at the ACA convention last year.. lol.
 
I can bring a few things to contribute to the raffle :naughty:

I'll keep it a surprise for now. Just please make a note to leave 3 or 4 raffle spots open for things I'm bringing.

Well since ,y nickname "ozzy" is easier to pronounce than my real name , ill just post ozzy465 on mine
