DD fish is a nice place but kinda pricey. if you dont mind traveling a little more north of orange county, check out HAPPY FISH in brea, ca off imperial highway. fish are cheaper, equpiment is cheaper, and they have ozz's clown loaches for i think $3 for small sizes of 1". with a group discount you might be able to get 4 for $10 or something like that.
