I added a pipe stand for less noise in the over flow
I went ahead and drilled a hole at the top so I can put an airline just haven't took pic of it yet

Imo. i hate bio balls. the way i would do is that i would add a filter sock in the intake hose so that way you can rinse and wash the poop everytime it gets dirty. then the filter pads, after that ceramic rings or bio houses.

Where should I buy the filter socks ? I like your setup
I have the bio balls
And I have filter pads and sponges but I dnt have the filter socks
Where did you buy all your media bro ?

I usually get them online like ebay for cheaper price. but if youre in a rush all LFS should have them like tongs or big save but just alittle more expensive than online.
 
Amazon will also have them from some good suppliers. I also like the 200 micron socks at Bulk Reef Supply.

As suggested above, I'd go with the filter socks for me mechanical filtration. Your sump lid looks like it had a hole cut to hold a sock? Else you could make or buy some sock holders from BRS - a little spendy but look nicer. You're fine with bioballs, sing you have it. I have mix blue and black balls too in my sump set up lol.
 
I ordered filter pads, filter socks, and filter floss and I bought some Bio blocks I think I'm ready to set up my sump
