Some people are just sick. They abuse the system of buyer and seller. Poor ray probably hadn't seen food in at least 2-3 weeks to be that skinny and look at the fin condition to begin with. I would pay $20 for that ray especially in the state that it was sold in. Hey sorry about your ray man.
That ray has gone without food or eaten poorly for more than a month. I don't know how much you paid, but Its worth about 5% of it's market value since those were it's survival chances. If you paid more, then you were either cheated or foolish.
This is a prime example why it is important to use "marketplace feedback" IF bought or sold through MFK.
