Don't buy a 125. For the same price, you could get a 180. I have a 125, and I still regret buying that tank. Shoulda got a 180

ya, you really have consider the size difference in sexes of Parachromis in general......most female Jags top out at 8"-11" while even the smallest males can still go 12"-14". IMO, if they are smaller than that they are probably stunted and not healthy specimens
IDK where you shop, but I looked into it and the 180 was over $300 MORE than a 125
Still, if you're gonna spend $1000 on a tank that's too small, seems like a no brainer to me to get a tank that's big enough for just $300 more.
lol I didn't I spent $350 and got the lights, galss tops, master test kit and a stand for Black Friday
Go figure, the Ma-and-Pa LFS wanted $400+ just for the tank alone
