Solving the most bizarre death incident!?

all you know for sure is: she died. was in warm water. bloated after death. 'exploded' when the body was messed with.
the cause of death could be various things inside her. all the eggs may, or may not, have caused it.

yeah, I'm sorry. I've watched too many tv autopsies, where the cause of death had nothing to do with the circumstances where bodies were found. LOL.
