Some finding about VT, CT pulcher. not so good news

1. If they are some part of a captive breeding project don't you think the breeder would want to tell the world what he has done as it would be a bigger thing than finding them in the wild
2. Most if not all of the so called baby pulcher I have seen have IT tail stripes with true pulcher ther IT tail stripes are rare and you only see say 1 in 10 pulcher with IT tail stripes
3. The so called baby pulcher seem to be stable when shipped or are having pictures taken I can't say this for sure but maybe they are high grade 3 bar IT that have been fed some kind of colour enhancer
The truth is we will never know pay your money and take the risk it up to you

I can't say if they are breeding them or not but I don't see why they would breed two different species in order to create a hybrid.T1KARMANN;5001973; said:
I think if they r intentionally cross breeding them, they must have encountered the same situation like the flowerhorn n parrot in these dats. For example maybe the female st cant produce egg in captivity so they have to use the egg of the it to fertilize. Worst they can afford to loose an IT for the egg n used the sperm of the ST and vice versa. Regardless i hope these r selective IT. I dont want to have cross breeding dat for they r beautiful the way they are.
^ impossible. The pulcher is being bred at a scientific level with a majority FAIL in Thailand.
The research facility at Bungborapetch, Thailand doesn't care about ST, VT, CT. The just want to breed PULCHER to release back into the wild.
To suggest someone is able to cross breed them in a tank, pen, pit or pond is just pain daft.

If its the same CT that we have been seeing, there's really no interest amongst datnoid keeping hobbyist. Unless they are $200 of so. But the prices we have been offered for these fish is around $400. A little too much for a ST wannabe.
As I've said before, these VT/CT are nothing but a handpick Indo. The fact that they're happened to rise 1 year after the flood of baby IT was enough of a coincidence to me. In 5-6 years of keeping dat, I have never heard of VT or CT.
I have 80 of ITs that I handpicked myself to have an ST pattern, can I sell it as VT/CT ? hahahah LOL
