I would have thought the Freshwaters were juveniles and then they end up in estuaries/Brackish or in the sea eventually. nice catches again

Just did a bit of research.....apparently they are a predominantly a marine species that spawn in saltwater estuaries. The eggs are pelagic. The young make their way into freshwater, where they stay till about 40cm, then return to the salt as adults.

can you keep the jardinis over there. it would be pretty nice to have a 3 ft jardini in a tank
 
Good stuff mate!!! I'd love to have a few weeks fishing the top end before i die.

You guys go up on your own or did you go through a fishing charter company with a guide?
