some new some old :D

  • We are currently upgrading MFK. thanks! -neo
thanks guys and gal ;)

bl00, the lighting helps, especially on the 55g where i have 110watts of PC. the 125g has relatively low lighting on it which is why pics of that tank always come out darker. i'd like to get a better lens for lower light conditions. with the male its easier to get a nice shot of him being such a light color. with the female i need to keep the ISO at atlseat 800 to get her

oscar - the first fish is a male gold severum

really?? ive seen male gold severums before... but they've never looked as nice as yours!! ahah nice fish man

Aw man...you're making it really hard for me to convince myself not to drop the money to upgrade lighting now. I always look at you and Jape's shots and tanks, and imagine what I could do with higher lighting.

I'm also borrowing a lens from a friend of mine that will take its f-stop as low as 1.8, so that should help me too.

that should work well. if im not mistaken japes is using the canon nifty fifty, 50mm f/1.8, lens. i use to have one but sold it about a year ago. its a great low light lens.
