The unknown cats are one of the new hybrids, tsnxmarbled pim catfish.

I would like to beleive that the unknown catifsh are a cross breed. They only problem is they were directly imported from South America and I do not think they are doing crossbreeds like Asia. The other thing is the colors are just awesome. When in the right mood they are a soft grey with circular spots and other times they have a darker color on top with a light colored bottom.

I have been trying to find out what they are and getting ready to send to the scientists. Of all the hybrid pictures these just look nothing like them.

Now I could be wrong, but it just does not match up and I will be surprised if they are hybrids.

Where did those cats come from ? They do look alike. Do you still have them and what they look like as adults ?
