Some more pictures, sorry for hazy pictures, will fix that issue tomorrow. I just did a water change.

Also the Congi is sick for some reason, stopped eatting, has a white patch and is letting out slime coat, every other fish in the tank is 100% healthy, I dont know why the Congi started to do this, any suggestions guys/gals?

You should definetly treat for internal parasites. If I'm not mistaken, most of Toyin's fish are WC, so I would medicate to be sure. I lost a few WC flower rays earlier this year because I was ignorant.
 
what kind of shells are those on the pic?
