Thank you for the comments. The one that looked hybrid was fry from the adult pink con in the photos with a normal pink con female I think he has a facial defect but he his second in command in the tank. The three marbled cons I have are all normal I think they are just fed well. there are these 5 cons together in a 75 with a texas. I feed them twice a day Hikari Gold, Hikari Bio gold and freeze dried Krill.

I just lost my young pink convict ... I was taking some photos of the oscar when I looked over to next tank and some him dead on the bottom. Im not sure who did it as there was no aggression between any of the fish but i think it to have been his father the large pink. It looks like this one had bit the big con earlier and was trying to become the dominant convict in the tank. I think he had a lot of potential , one of my favorite fish he had been dominant since he was a fry started to get a hump at 1"
