The Jurunese is different than flash zebra, the flash zebra has not been assigned a species name yet to my knowledge.
As for rarity, most of the brachyplatystoma are illegal to export out of brazil. They are also prohibited out of Colombia and Peru where they are usually smuggled across the border. It is just very difficult to get any stock from suppliers, making them rarely available.
