Hey,
I just wanted to share some photos of those little "predators" I am keeping.
The species are:
Nandus nandus
Datnioides microlepis
Polypterus delhezi
Erpetoichthys calabricus
Mastacembelus dayi
Mastacembelus armatus favus
Heteropneustes fossilis
Mystus leucophasis
Toxotes blythii

Of course I am not keeping all those fish in tank.
They are seperated into 9 tanks.

That datnoid is beautiful. I hadn't even heard of datnoids till i came on this site. I kept seeing posts where people were referring to "dats" and i didn't have a clue what they were on about. So i went on you tube, there's some beauts on there. Problem is they get so damn big, i'd need another monster tank. One day maybe.

Hey,
the only problem with the dat is that it is not the species I ordered.
I ordered a Datnioides polota which will grow to ~30cm but they sent me a Datnioides microlepis which will grow up to 50cm!
Since I´m only able to keep it in a 200cm tank I have to give it to someone who´s able to keep it.

Nice mix of fish!
