thx but il have to disagree i cant get the green crap on the sand to go away =/ would look alot nicer with out it . anyway its just 175g

that's cynide or smthin, a sort of algae. can't remember the exact name and spelling, but essentially what you need to knwo is that it's the result of too much light/nitrates. it's fine unless you have a huge dieoff, in which case can be toxic to yr fish. best start getting rid of it.

Hmm how do i do exactly to get rid off it ? ive looked around and cant seem to find any answer for it .. :/ thanks for all the nice comments guys!

i think it could be because the type of sand your using. Something with the silica, not sure tho
