I'm sure you will be rewarded with some wonderful pups.
Based on the video I'm going to say he's got it figured out. The hard part here is getting the females from the movement stage to pups.
Some wonderful pups would sure make this guy happy though!!!

i think you have been here before several times though and in the interest of avoiding dissappointment as you have had in the past i think it might be best to air on the side of caution and seporate the potential mothers.
you seem to think that they are now pregnant and your problems in the past have occoured after this stage so i personally think it would be a good idea to put the pregnant females in solatary confinment for their own sake in the hope that they will get all the way to birth this time.
you have some lovely rays db i wish you only the best with them

Awesome marbles DB. Some of the nicest I've ever a seen, in person or on the net. I hope the breeding comes to fruition...I can only imagine the quality of pups these guys would throw. And that MBU is such a neat fish. I feel it's like roulette keeping them with rays. It's a risk I kick around on the regular.

The MBU has been with rays since it was big enough to not be eaten by pups. Never had an issue. I feel like the inhabitants of my big tank is a much bigger gamble then that cute fat lil puffer..... lol.

It's very difficult trying to keep up with the quality you guys are producing over there. Thanks to some advice from Richard I hope my luck will take a turn for the better.

for like 5+ years....... 
Should have known after doing the same thing in the car stereo world that if you don't get the results you're after within the first few years then it's time to find new people to take advice from. Really ironic that advice from Euro friends got me a DB Drag Racing world championship in 2006, then 8 years later I get ray advice from the same side of the pond and from the looks of it now I'm heading in the right direction......
