my bro threw that crappie in the pond next door 1-1/2 yrs ago and it's put on some girth. we threw the crappie back in the pond. everything else was fillet'd!

I showed her how to grab it without it gettin ahold of her thumb.
i had it by the lip and handed it to her so that didn't happen. but thanks anywho

all of the pix were at the pond next door, except the one in the boat.
it's pretty nice fishin there. i'm goin to chum the water tomorrow and go fishin at night on friday! hopefully get some nice cats

Catfish are not like bass who can't bite down when you lip them. They rarely do bite down, but trust me, they can and it will hurt!

I have a fishing buddy who always lipped cats and I told him he was going to regret it one day...well that day came and he hasnt lipped a cat since!

i'll lip the smaller ones but i'll gill the larger ones. you only make the mistake of lipping the big ones once!
