i have been hassling pete to get me one for a while now he says i will have my pup in january, and i cant wait. they are supposed to be one of the most stubborn breeds out there

i heard that too.. thats why i decided not to go through it for now..i figured the dobes might be in competition with him/her..

yes, but i think if your dob is good with other dogs and you are introducing the english bull terrier as a puppy and the puppy itself is well socialised with kids and other animals when it was with the breeder before then there is a good chance it will be ok with other dogs when its older if you grow it up with your own dogs..if you understand what i mean..lol..i cant explain sometimes

i understand perfectly what your saying.. what i was worried about was any dog with the dobes.. but after talking about the bull terrier breed i found out they have similiar personalities...i thought that would make it even harder to mix them..but the collie i went slow.. and it worked out..maybe it would have worked with a bully too.. but i am so happy with the collie.. he is the best..

yes, he looks very nice! i love collies - always reminds me of a series they used to show here, i dunno if you ever watched it. its called Lassie. do they show that over there? they've stopped showing it here now. was years and years ago

i grew up watching Lassie.. this is my 3rd collie.. thats another reason i went with a collie.. every one of them has been a great dog..when i married my husband we both had a collie.. haha.. i actually bred the shelties. shetland sheepdog.{miniture collie} but i always loved the full size collie the most..i love so many types of dogs.. i am just a dog lover..

from puppy day one.. i decided i would groom him each and every day like i brush my own hair..so he would be use to it and his hair would always stay fluffy and not tangled etc .. making it so easy.. actually in this routine 5 minutes a day is all it takes.. and then i am saving up so i will send him out for major grooming once in the spring.. shampoo and rinse etc.. when the hair is shedding at its peak.. thanks very much

me too i love all types of dogs please take a vid one day of fluffy . i've never seen one up close!
