I dont think so they apear very healty. A few days of fasting a week will clear doubts

Only the Axolotl-Tigersalamander Hybrids can do a Metamorphose without
any hormones.
Some people tried to get them to a metamorphose but most of them died.
If you breed with 2 metam. Axolotls (Salamanders) , the Kiddys will be almost all aquatic.

That has nothing to do with the temperature. They'll only get
infects when the watertemp. is higher than 23°C over a longer period.

The perfekt temperature is 18-20°C. So you need a dark room and an open
tank (and maybe a cooling - fan).
