It's no doubt a scam. If someone sent money to buy an illegal fish, who are they going to complain to when they get ripped off? Aquabid's disclaimer is a nice touch. Covering that ass! They know they are condoning illegal activity! Who are they kidding. I guess they are plenty of really stupid people out there. I know I see a few every day.
