Some shelves, not sure about weight

I would be more concerned of the shelves holding the 90ish pounds per tank. Plus will the shelf hold 400ish pounds???

Well it wouldn't be 400 pounds, only one tank would have water (the bottom one) and the other three tanks wouldn't have water.

The ability to hold the weight depends on what its made out of. If its wobbly at all (even with most of the weight at the bottom because of the water), then you either need to secure it to a wall, or find something else to use.

You could build a 2x4 stand and paint it black, for about $25.
