I picked up this sweet pot the other day and had to add it in :D
I might just go get another one later today I dig it so much:D

This is my 150 stocked with 9 firemouths, x3 Gymnogeophagus balzani, x4 Geophagus Surinamensis (I think?), x2 Red Spot Goby's, my old Leaf Fish and x2 ballon GT's are also in there. I am not quite done stocking it though. I want to add a few Robertsoni and red ceibal in as well.

I agree gts will be 'fun' soon. Thats a huge pot if thats a 150. Im worried about the leaf fish he must be so bullied in there, they cant stand the rough and tumble of cichlids

Would need better close up of the geos, but from those pics they look alot like altifrons.

I agree with the GT part, even if they are balloons. Same with Flowerhorn parrots, they look cute and like blood parrots but are just as bad as Flowerhorns. I would buy a separate 100-125g for the GT's, they may fight, than you will have to divide or jugle tank mates, but if you want to get the GT's with some Oscars/RDs or some other tough fish, do it now while they are still juvies.

naw guys the GT's are supper mellow and I have had them for around 8 months now in community tank setting with no issue ever. The Leaf fish has been with them for the whole time. The leaf fish actually runs that tank. I had him in with a 5'' Salvini, x4 7'' Myseri, huge Polleni, Geo's and a Grammodes for a long time and he never got touched. The fish has no fear and he and the GT's are peaceful rulers it's nice.

a few more pics I added 5 of my Salvini grow outs in the larger one's from my pond. To let some of the small fry grow out for a bit in the pond, and let these pretty up a bit. Just until they get to the size where they will start trouble I give it a couple months. Than I will take them out. The look nice in there for now though:D

Yes the pot is huge to who asked

and it's funny but the meanest little guys in there are the balzani! The punk the Surinamensis or whatever they are around, and the Firemouths. If I would have known I would have got a few more.

If your leaf fish is that Ctenopoma you had in your myersi/polleni tank ... it should be fine in this one. GT's don't hold a candle to a grammodes afterall. After a tank with a sal, grammodes, and myseri ... this tank might as well be tetras for all it thinks.
