Added these guys to the tank about a week ago, didn't expect them to pair off so soon, but hey whatever. 75 gallon heavily planted community tank, I'm surprised they felt comfortable enough to lay, this tank is highly overstocked.

very beautiful angels ..good luck with them...at least you will see right away if they fertilize ...

Pretty certain they're fertile but it's hard to tell under 5600k light. Only three of the eggs have turned white, the rest look clear/amber in color.

Thats good... also because they are young it may take awhile to cover all the eggs, as long as they don't turn all white thats good...sometimes the fungus will spread to good eggs too but hopefully that won't happen.. good luck ...

Yep yep, not the first time I've bred angels by a long shot and I'm not interested in rearing the fry. Just thought I'd share the pictures and video with everyone :D

Angels are the one fish that you can always make money from.. no matter where i go they want to buy my angles ..theres never enough of them... :D

I gotta conserve my tank space.

I've got Geophagus Tapajos Red Head's, L260 pleco's, firefin comps, multies and gold ocellatus I plan on rearing - no room for the angels.

Used to breed discus and angelfish strictly for a long time, it's fun - but I'm looking towards new and different things for the sake for broadening my experience. :)

Do not blame you........i take a rest from them too... run out of room also..get into breeding something different because it is just interesting... always go back to angels though... Geo red heads should be awesome... have fun ...that is what it is all about ...to enjoy it.. and keep learning.
