I really want a pet piranha but I had to choose between keeping that illegally or my venomous legally. With my permit I get surprise inspections by FWC. Just last week I was getting out of the shower buck ass naked when my inspector peeked into the window to see if I was home... Can't risk anything illegal when you get visits like that.

Does having that permit give the FWC inspector the go ahead to go around peeking through people's windows anytime he feels like it?
While I was reading the regulation, it specifically stated that they have the right to do surprise inspections at any time. To me, this reads as yes, they can, based on the fact that you had to agree to these inspections in order to have the animal in question. Its not a violation of your rights if you agree to it.
Interesting,agreeing to inspections is one thing,having them looking through your windows without your knowing about it is quite another.
