okay so i have an fx5 but i have it plumbed so it has some elbows which slows the GPH so i going to build a sump out of a 20 gallon i have to aquaclear 802 powerheads which im going to use hooked up to one how for a pump... what should i use for media and if you have directions for a sump or an overflow also how many dividers thanks

I'm not positive I know what you are asking. If you don't have one, you need an overflow box.

You have tons of options but the obvious is Bio-Balls. If you want to got more DIY, then use potscrubbers. I have seen lots of stuff used for media.

As for dividers, it depends on how detailed you want to go. I am building a sump out of a 40gallon. I pays to search this forum and see what others have done and take the best from each design.

any body will 2 aqua clear powerheads work and happy thanksgiving to all

bump some help im building tommorrow

I wouldn't suggest using powerheads as they aren't really designed to push water up a length of pipe vertically, you are better off using a water pump designed for use in a sump, I use an Eheim 1260.
