those two first tapes are awesome... but i did not see the fire eel in it.. he is fantastic... what a body.. hope you still have him... those oscars are the most stunning i have seen in awhile.. and so healthy..... and big.....

dont worry "eely" (yes not very imaginative, I know) is still very alive and well.... hes well over 2ft long now and eating 10 very large nightcrawlers a day!!! (the bugger hehe)... all of the fish are very well and im saving up for a tank double the size (300G).... money is nearly ready but im not sure my girlfriend is hehe (took me ages to get a 150 as it is)

It's OK, Eely is an awesome name
When I had a fire eel, I named him Mr. Eel.
Pretty much all my fish have a "Mr."; Mr. Eel, Mr. Whiskers, then I had Sir Nibbles.

hehe... to be honest i like having creative names, but my girlfirend likes having terrible names... she named my fish things like "Burt" the catfish... and fred the plecostimus hehehe

anyways... its all good as long as she still is cool with my mad hobby i guess

I'll do another Eely vid... the problem is my new bloody camera shoots in HD and its like a gig of video for a 2 minute clip... so uploading to youtube takes forever!!!

but yeah the eel is bigger (and fatter) now... hes totally hand tame and lovely...

answering your previous post, he never ate anything when i first got him for 6 weeks! (posted it on here) anyways after i fed him earthqworms (or nightcrawlers) he ate right away and now will eat 10 a day no problems hehe.... infact he'd eat more but he ends up getting sick and the oscars finish up the ones he spits out.... he also used to like live river shrimp... still does.... never got him on dry food though... or bloodworm

No unfortunately im not naming or videoing the Gar untill he eats... had him for nearly a week and nothing yet so i hope he pulls through... if not i dont want to have named him or have something to look back on.... hopefully he'll survive and become a leader inv the tank
