Some weird spots on my Silver

im started to get worried about my aro.
Still hasnt eaten anything and tonight she looks very slow/sick, didnt respond to me touching her and i could hold her for a few seconds before she broke loose, but i felt that she her strength is very small...
Doesnt look too bad though, swims around like usually.
Tomorrow I will try to free up a small 4x1x1' tank as a hospital tank for her. Should i just try to add salt and wait?
What to do if she has parasites?
Water quality is good, no aggressive tankmates.

All ideas welcome!

if you separate her, up the temp to 30Cº and ad one tablespoon of salt...try this method first

check you LFS and see if they can do anything about it.(pretty much look like an ich to me)

My girlfriend moved the arowana to the hospital tank today and added salt. I will put a heater in there tonight to get the temp up.
