Someone ID my Lilo Pbass please

Got this guy a few weeks ago, looks a little different from the ones i usually buy. Wondering if anyone can id him. I was thinking maybe just a Mono but not sure either.

my wild guess is mono, but i can't really tell the diff between mono and ocel at that size

From a angle view of him, i can see a lot of red covering him. "fins" around.
Well that give you guys an idea?
