hard to tell exactly what it is at this point. however i do not see the usual tear drop of traditional ZZs. keep growing it up and update this sucker in a couple months.

The first 3 pics are the same fish and the last 2 fish are a different fish. Bought them from a pet store marked as FH's but I'm beginning to question them. They're about 2", possibly a hair longer. thanks, Eddie

I believe it is a flower horn which we called it here.

Thanks a lot guys. What is the best thing to be feeding these guys? I heard grad sumo but I can't drop that kinda money on food. I've been feeding omega 1 with blood worms and brine, some live. I just bought a blue fh at the gcca swap, I'll snap a pic of him and post it. Thanks again!!

What your feeding is fine. Just keep in mind that a good variety of foods is the best.

They arent the best looking fry but certainly no the worst either. Give it some time bro, more color and definition will come out in them. The are too young to sex, you should be able to tell around 3.5" or so. The female will normally have a black spot on her dorsal fin, but be aware that some males will get the same spot sometimes. ZZ = Zhen Zhou, theyre are a lot of different names and abbreviations in the FH world. You will pick them up in time.

I have the same opinion like bro Danati your fish is under zhen zhu categories in the flowerhorn world brother.

Gave them a good care brother from water parameter (Ph 7.5-7.7), good foods (my suggest is pellets and frozen blood worms), lighting (fluorescent bulb is the best), and don't forget about water change (once a week is ideal for your fish specially under zhen zhu strain).
