Something big, nice looking, easy to breed,

I'm partial to Angelfish. The only draw back is you will have to get probably 6 small ones (they grow fast) until they pair off, then get rid of the other ones. Also, you will likely have to pull the eggs and incubate them yourself and rear the fry yourself, unless you can get some P. altums which are a wild type, bigger angelfish (my favorite.)

I just do not get the blue box. But I am guessing the water params would like any normal blue fish. The should prove that the man is brilliant blue spots on the sides, especially at the top than females.

Just making sure is it a good guarantee they'll breed?

They'll breed if they pair up. Best bet is to get 2 females and a male. Eventually the male will pick one, and they will both turn on the other female. You'll want to take her out at that point or they'll bully/stress her to death (Happened in my tank).

They're only slightly harder to breed than Convicts, but it might take them a few spawns to get it right. Mine have eaten the eggs from their first 2 spawns. #3 coming soon.

Hmmm i was thinking just get 2 add a flower pot and/or just get the 2 in the LFS that are always together. and evuntually they wont eat there eggs right? i have a spare 32 gallon i can put the eggs in

Yeah. Yours might even get it right the first time. Who knows what makes them abort and just eat the eggs instead. Fairly common on the first couple spawns though from what I've read.

You could try with just 2, but if the male doesn't like her right away, he'll spend his time beating her up. Usually with 2 females a pair forms pretty fast.

but then what do i do with her after she is beatin up??? i have a spare 32 gallon could she go in there? could she breed with a big male convict? or i always wanted to try male convict x female blood parrot. if she cant go in the 32 gallon ill just return her for maybe some of those ideas up there. so here's the plan, flower pot+plantedish tank+3 JD's-1 in the future= spawn!!!??

Yep. Once you see the male pick a female, just return the other one to the store. They won't kill her right off (probably), they'll just keep her locked in a corner and chase/nip her occasionally. Eventually stress = death though, so you don't want to leave her in there.
