i have a spare cycled 55g tank i was going to use for breeding some convict crosses, but i figure there must be some other fish i may be able to breed in that tank. gives me an excuse to start my 50g hex or several small tanks i if need be to raise some fry in (or just an excuse to buy another tank)
i know everyone has lots of ideas and opinions, so if anyone might want to share one of two they havent had the time to try, id be glad to do it for you. im new to the whole breeding thing, but have the time and patience to have some fun with it on a smaller scale
already decided the fry (if any) i will keep a few, and give away the best of the fish to people/lfs, and feed the leftovers.
