Have you thought about putting her in a bare tank?
Maybe there is something in the tank itself that is causing the issue?

Nothing wrong with the tank.
I took the tank apart, cleaned and Disinfected it.
Water params are really good.
I guess I will never know what she had.... I'm really disapointed....
I will take everythings apart and clean it again... get it ready for the next Pike or 2

what did you clean the tank with? i never go near my tank with any sort of chemical, i wont even let people go near it with spray
I had cleaned everything with a Vinegar Solution.... everything was rinsed thoroughly. I was very careful..
