Something new in the fish room!

For a little bit of everything. I'll be doing some breeding and some growing out for the 265 hap tank. I've gotten a lot more interested in breeding and distributing fish within our local club, so that is a lot of my focus right now.

I have three more tanks sitting in the garage that need plugged. I will also be picking up two more from a long time MFK'er. From there, I'll be ordering custom lids for the tanks so that I can open them sideways. I'll be taking the hanging lights down and setting them on the lids. Hopefully I can get a few plants going.
 
I moved some fish this weekend to give them a bit more room.

Lids and filter media will be on order sometime this week. These tanks will be sweet!
 
Just finished rebuilding the air line for the central air system. This should let me add 14 more tanks without losing pressure. That is, providing the pump can keep up.

What pump are you using? and do you like it? I want to do a central air line manifold to tap my tanks into, it just seems simple. Do you have pics? I was thinking about going all the way around the room with a 1/2 PVC manifold and then tapping off the 1/2 line to each tank. I was wondering how others did this?
