talking about the eyes? you can just try raising temp, adding salt and making sure the water quality is really good (25% water change everyday) till it clears up.

Melafix and w/c will do the trick. He has cloudy eyes that is what my gt has but he is getting better with this treatment. Don't criticize me if I am wrong.

it looks pretty bad...probably a bacterial infection by now. Was it like this when you bought it or did it get injured by a tankmate?

have you added any meds? your fish might lose its eye though if it keeps getting worse.
