Something wrong with one of my Lapradei´s - pics+video

One of my Lapradei has been acting weird lately...
Very pale, twitching, darting around the tank like crazy.. he got a wound on his face (seen in the video) and it looks like the inside of his mouth is very bloody.. other than that he looks pretty normal...

His eyes are very "pop-eye" like, didnt think anything of it until he started to act weird, and when i looked at older pics of him i noticed that he was not like that when i got him a few months ago. The eyes have been this big for a few months though..
my other lapradei one is just fine, looks great and healthy...

irradic swimming can be caused by internal parasites (cause an equilibrium imbalance). notice any white excrement?

So your listing:

1. Internal bleeding
2. Swelling (and or possibly pressure) on organs
3. Spasm or signs of discomfort or pain
5. Erratic behavior...

Am I the only one thinking quarantine?

This thing looks like it got bit by the monkey from outbreak :(

If its parasites it sounds like a really bad case...

Whoa that video is messed! There is DEFINITELY something wrong with him... hes suffering a lot!
 
I don't know whats available in Iceland, but if you can get some Maracyn and Maracyn2, use those to begin.

I would dose the main tank as a precaution since you've had this bichir in there for some time.

Those meds are made by brand name 'Mardel'.

the video makes it look like he suffered facial trama which might have resulted in a spinal injury

when hes swiming around in a circle can he flex the other way and spin in the other direction? or can he only swim in one direction
