Something wrong with stingray?

My motoro has weird color loss near eyes and on head she eats bloodworms my ammonia is at 0 my ph is at 7.0 and my temperature is at 81 beneath is a picture can somebody help me on this

Also she is in a 60 gallon grow out tank by herself with a fluval 404 canister filter and a 40 percent water change every 5 days

What are the Nitrate readings? Nitrite?

Are there things in the tank she can get injured on? Is there an uncovered heater

The nitrite reading is 0 ppm and the only thing in the tank is sand no ornaments or driftwood nothing like that so she's not bumping into anything and my heater has a coating on the outside so it's cover so she can't burn herself

Those are all good, but I'm not sure what you mean by the heater having a coating... can you post a pic of that?

Also, nitrate reading is going to be very important here as well.

Nitrate Is reading 0 and here's a picture of my heater on the package it said can not burn fish and I just feed my ray again and she happily ate again

Yeah didn't test the right thing I don't have a nitrate test I need to go buy one tomorrow but have any of you guys seen anything like this or maybe no what it is ???
