Sometimes I find it a bit overwhelming when I'm setting up a new tank or when I add new fish and have to monitor their behavior, but for the most part it's totally relaxing and therapeutic for me. The hardest thing to do in a hobby that's so hands on is to stay out of the tank and leave it alone. Just enjoy!!
