The voltage won't kill you, all that affects is how much it will hurt. 350V will definitly wake you up, but won't have too serious of a punch. The real question is how much current can one of those produce? It can take less than 100mA to stop your heart so that's the dangerous part of electricity.

Electric eels can stop hearts but there has not been any recorded E-cat deaths or near fetal events. but they can knock you off your feet easier as they get bigger.
I have been shocked once by a ten incher when I was cleaning someone's tank that did not tell me he was in a cave in the back. I opened the cave and shocked me pretty good. My arm hurt for a little while but didn't do any terrible damage.
