Not to be the negative one, is there videos of the parents spawning and raising fry to support this? I remember seeing a young girl on here did this with convict and terror. The thread did not prove nothing other than arguments. I don't doubt the fish don't try but why now this is coming to fruition? I mean how many people have kept Texas and Green Terrors together? Probably quite common thing to do, so I think this would have come out prior to now. I think it would be neat to see andinoacara mixes but not so sure about this without documentation ?

Again with the severum x parrot. I don't believe possible, that is probably a flowerhorn mix.

Maybe go see for yourself. The Reddit thread is linked. You can search the Facebook account who documented him attempting to breed blood parrot x severum. He documented its grow throughout and has no other fish that would produce a fish like this. You don’t have to believe but there is not much of an incentive or point to fake it. I believe it’s possible but very rare and difficult to pull off based off what I’ve seen.

And the video Op shares with us has some unusual texas/carpintis looking juveniles that ALSO look a bit green terror and are what you may expect from such a hybrid. Also Op from the Reddit post has video of the parents defending eggs. I also went by the ruling that it was impossible until I seen enough proof for me on multiple different occasions from different fishkeepers.

I think if you follow the op from the original post you'll find what you're looking for.

And it'd be especially hard for me to believe that the sev x convict was anything but what's claimed

I just checked it out, that is pretty neat. As I said there was a convict x terror as well. After all these years being kept that is crazy that it is now coming to light. What next African and American hybrid?
