don't know. just before the picture was taken i completed the second 40% water change in 3 days but it has stayed pretty bad. it is a little overstocked at present until i get rid of my africans in a few weeks then convert my 5ft to an american set up but in the meantime i guess its bi-weekly changes&a bit less food.. i actually thought it could have something to do with my 2 oscars new found love of sera flora flakes, due to their unusually dark colour&heaviness. any suggestions as to an alternative cause?
currently a 1500l/hr canister down either end although the female oscar is producing a quite large amount of waste for one fish. my mate down the road (green terrorizer) has a narrower 6ft set up with one of the same cannisters&a large hang on the back with a huge population of slightly smaller fish and he has no problems with water clouding..
