The Cr. regani will take frozen, some can learn to eat pellets. It does take some effort though.
I would skip the Mesonuta though, they are a thick, chunky midsized cichlid that like to be in groups of 6+ ...
I agree with Diogenes on the bolivian rams, they are delicate at all in my experience. I have bred them in a 20 gallon long (same footprint as the 29 gallon). But given their size, I'd stick to a pair over a group.
