there were two for sale on KingSnake.com not too long ago, but they are CA sales only due to ESA permits and what not. They were about 450 each very good looking turtle. It was a So Cal ad

I actually ended up purchasing those turtles. My friend bred them.

There are six species of Podocnemis. Only P. unifilis and P. erythrocephala are available from time to time with P. vogli available once in while. The only endangered Podocs are P. expansa and P. unifilis.

I have sen them in the Amazon. They are not fully aquatic.
