I can't get rid of the pleco. He's the first fish I bought when I got back into the hobby 5 years ago. He's outlived every fish I've had after him. And if he were to go I'd lose it!:cry:
 
I'd lose the salvini... Then you'd be ok adding the fm imo. The sal might give you aggression problems in the long run.
 
Peacock is the way to go for a calm timid eel. THe only probelm is they like to stay under the gravel all the time!
 
You have plenty filtration for the oscar and pleco. I would be hesistant of adding the FM though due to agression levels. Just watch the nitrate levels as they grow.

Plecos are tough aren't they!!
