I went to south korea last week and managed to get some pics of an aquarium they have there. they had the weirdest tank setups as you will see in the pics.
the pacu/red-tailed catfish tank was over crowded.
the knifefish and misc tank had a monster clownknife
the one tank had about 200 clown loaches( at least half with bad ich ) a few baby discus , yellow labs(yes africans ) gouramis, tetras, livebearers, cories and a few others.
they didnt really have any fish displayed that were near full grown in the freeshwater section except one ck and the silver aros( they were ginormous)not the best aquarium i have been to but at least i saw lots of fish
Thank you for the pictures and the peek into a different culture's fishkeeping. I did note some tanks were too small for the fish. You would think since it is public aquarium they would have more natural habitats and backgrounds. I do get that some of the displays were probably for little kids.
