Southern U.S. specific tanks

I wanted to try a variant but I couldn't get my hands on widemouth blindcats. I have to stick with my cave tetras i guess...
Widemouth blind cats would be pretty cool.
I'm talking about maybe a FL. Or maybe TX. Specific tanks. Maybe some sp. you don't find up north.

I'd like to see pics if you have them. I think it would be a really cool themed tank. Something totally different.
I see a bunch. Define south though. Florida, Louisiana, Texas, Arizona all vary greatly.
An Oklahoma tank will be rock heavy and clouded with red dirt. That doesn't even described all bodies of water just in this small state.

i had a gar tank theme going a while back would have been cool to add some large blue gill to it too but never got around too no longer have the tanks either but working on getting back into them
Mexican tetras? The only way you can get those is if you catch them your self in TX. I have been looking to buy those for years, and no luck.
