Oh Oh I know of a breeder.....
Any ways depends on what kind of dart frog you would like to go with.

here let me give you some ideas....
Auratus ( costa rican green and black)
A little shy but do well in groups. More bold if you give them plenty of cover/ plants
Quiet buzz like call.

Tinctorius Cobalts
Do better in pairs. Larger dart frog. Very bold and active. Able to eat small crickets as well

Azureus
Do better in pairs. very bold active frog. Able to take 1 week crickets as well as FF.

Tinctorius ALanis
Very bold frog. Colors range from yellow to orange. Larger frog able to take small crickets as well. DO best in pairs.

Also do best in pairs. LArge bold frog.

Vittatus
Do well in groups but females may eat each other eggs. Loud bird like call.

SI anthonyi tricolors
Start out an ugly brown color. DO not really color up until about 6-8 months old. Do well in groups. Smaller frogs but very vocal and bold.

Mint terribilis
One of the largest dart frogs. Hard to find. Bold active frog start out almost all black and take about a year to get the mint color. Takes 2 years to mature. Loud call.

Do great in groups. Females may eggs eat. Loud call very active.

Great starter thumbnails. Do very well in groups. Non obligated egg feeders.

nice pics, you gotta love those darts... So wait, they're only poisonous if they eat ants?
 
There is something in the wild that they eat that causes them to produce toxins.
If they are CB they never acquire this toxin.
If they are WC after and amount of time in Captivity they lose the toxin ( not sure how much time it takes)

Na after reading your post I still dont know a thing about them:ROFL::D Really jowells of nature, they put african chiclids in shame;)
 
Yes those are some of my frogs. I started with 2 different kinds and I just set up my 27th tank. Oops :-)
I have some tree frogs as well if you were thinking tree frogs
