What's the cave made of?

Thanks. It looks like dark stained plywood in the pic but had my doubts anyone would use that.
 
I'll try to find time to post more pics of some different Hypancistrus spawns. It's just hard to get excited about plecos on a site geared towards large predatory fish. At least a few people here seem to have interest in them.
 
Definately enthusiastic about such subject matter here. I'm a youtube pleco spawn video addict.
