Speaking of Walmart

The Wal-mart by me has a nice fish section
They even have a show (NFS) fish tank to display what you could have in a 55. The fish are always in great shape and way too tempting. I am familiar with many Wal-marts that are disgusting, but this one seems different.

mine is the same, minus the display tank. also, they don't sell any fish that wouldn't fit in a 29, which is the biggest tank they have for sale. yup, thats right, no oscars, no pacu, not even plecos. hell, they don't even have any american cichlids. just african

actually my local walmart is the same, the tanks are clean and the fish look great, fat and healthy

My Walmart was decent. Usually everything was fine. Did you ever notice that you will go by the tanks, and they are empty? That is because they all died. They never run out of fish, they are always ordering them. I think Walmart in general is getting away from fish. There are a few by me that stopped selling them.
