I have good experiences with Flösselhechte der Gattung Polypterus hier online kaufen (interaquaristik.de) and Flösselhechte/Lungenfische (zierfischtreff.de) .
Here you can find the largest selection of bichirs: Flösselhechte | weitere Bodenbewohner | Bodenbewohner | Shop | Zierfische , but here i havent made that good experiences....
Which area of germany are you from? Zoo Kölle for example is very accommodating if you are looking for a special Fish.
Zoo Center Lapke is a very good address for monster fisch. They even sell Arapaimas ?
It is always a benefit, if you can look at the fish before you buy it, but the Pattern can still change during growth.

Weeksii has too long time to get matured and also, i think their breeding conditions are bit different with other Polypterus sepcies like P. mokelembembe does
